How do I transfer my ETH from the Ethereum network to Polygon?

Polygon, previously know as Matic, is an integration that provides scalable, secure and instant transactions on Ethereum.

In order to use Polygon on YellowHeart, you will need to “bridge” or transfer your Ethereum or “ETH” from the Ethereum mainnet onto the Polygon network.

You can do this by signing into your account at yh.io and connecting a wallet. Find out how to set up a YellowHeart Wallet here.

Then, head to the profile icon located in the top right-hand corner. You should already have some ETH in your account. You can learn about how you can purchase ETH here.

Once you have ETH in your wallet, click “DEPOSIT ETH” from the dropdown menu.

Enter the amount of ETH you’d like to deposit to the Matic network and select “Deposit.”

Then, from the profile dropdown, select “Switch to Matic.”

Then, from the profile dropdown, select “Switch to Matic.”

Your new account balance will now appear in the YellowHeart Wallet.
